ReturnsOur Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days following the receipt of your delivery. Returned items must be unworn and sent back inside their original packaging, tags included. Any stained or faulty goods we receive will be returned to the customer or they may be issued with a 25% reduction refund.
To return an item, please fill in the returns form on your delivery note marking the items you wish to return, the reason code for returning and what you would like in exchange, or if you would like to request a refund.
Enclose the completed returns form with the items you are returning and attach the returns address label onto your package. (Label provided with your delivery.
When choosing a shipper, we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Customers must keep track of their own parcel to ensure it reaches us. Aab UK Limited will not refund any items which have been signed for by a customer at the delivery address stated on the original order, or for items returned to us which get lost in the post without a tracking number.
Goods are returned to Aab UK Limited at your own expense. We will send your exchange item to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 14 days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are advised that Aab UK Limited will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning items.
Full refund of the cost of the items is entirely conditional based on goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised only after a thorough inspection of the items by our Returns department.international Returns
International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns. When the goods are not declared as returns a is fee charged at Aab's expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.

You will be able to track your orders by logging in into your account in "Recent Orders" section.
Collect From Store
You can now order items online and collect them from either our London store, instead of having them sent to your home. This service is only available for UK deliveries.
We will aim to deliver your order between 3 and 5 working days from the date you placed it. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods deliveries might take longer. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. After you have received it, you can collect your order at any time according to our store opening hours.
Come into store to collect your order, bringing your confirmation email and the card that you paid with. We will keep your order in store for ten calendar days after it has arrived. If the order is not collected within the 10 days, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
We have the same returns policy for Deliver-to-store as on-line. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note this date begins on the date that we send you an order dispatch. Can’t find your size in stock? Why not try our Made to Order service.
If the Abaya you require is not available in your size, we offer an exclusive Made to Order service on selected designs. This means we will cut, stitch and deliver your order within 3-4 weeks.
Simply email us using the Made to Order request form on this page stating the design you are interested in along with the size and length you require (please note Made to Order only applies to our standard sizing).
As soon as we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you within 2 working days to confirm the availability and your estimated delivery time.
After your order is confirmed, your Abaya will be cut, stitched and packed exclusively for you. It really is as simple as that.

When collecting orders from the store, customers must provide photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence).
If they cannot provide photo ID, they must provide a utility bill that matches the customers name and billing address.
Without this requested information their order cannot be collected.
